Our experience of time does not consciously embrace millions of past lives, when women dutifully accepted imbalanced relationships and unacknowledged competencies.
I believe, The Feminine‘s relationship-based history disavows the use of conflict, embodies an adaptation strategy of support and compromise, maintains a submissive, dependent posture, assuming responsibility for pleasing others, and keeping the peace. Then mistakenly, OUR archetypal ancestors’ underestimated The Masculine’s primal motivation ‘To Win’. These diversions dramatically stunted OUR leadership opportunities by habitually assuming the supportive role. WE enabled THEIR advancement. WE made ourselves ‘The Losers’.
During the American Feminine Collective’s 100th year voting rights anniversary, we universally reflected on our archetype’s not-so-emancipated progress. The 1/21/2017 International Women’s March put The Patriarchy on notice, we’ll no longer accept 2nd class status. But, without definitively OWNing OUR historic, collusionary role, OUR Co-Created Inequality will never fully heal. We’ve taught men to care for themselves ~ SO LET THEM. It’s time WE prioritized caring for OURSELVES and OUR archetype’s exemplary attributes.
Men are not furthering their evolution either, as they self-destruct, display degenerative, abusive, dishonest, and discriminatory behaviors. Could this perhaps desperately project some attempt to deny their societal minimization, loss of total power, reduced stature, declining self-respect and insufficiencies? Are they the ones feeling weak and dependent? A preferred evolutionary adaptation strategy, could abandon their “MeFirst” primordial hubris core, and expand their compassion capacity for women, sense of partnering, and humility.
It’s my contention, by RE-focusing our energies and modifying our strategies, we’ll reach our goals with less stress, anxiety, and relational damage, while fostering inclusionary tendencies. Our willingness to share data, technologies, tactics, influence, resources, networks, experts, venues, and assets, with our sisters, must become our M.O. And, becoming better organizers, sharing globally established techniques, and rejecting The MASCULINE’s flawed competitive tactics, is imperative. It is active cooperation, negotiation, organized inclusion, and Collective Circumvention ~ working around, NOT through, the good ‘ole boy networks ~ that is now in order. THIS is how we will claim and secure The Feminine’s evolutionary survival, AND Self-direct its accelerated advancement.
In summary, my Circumventing Strategy is quite simple. It looks like this:
Need a loan? Crowd fund it, apply to a WOMAN-run micro-lending bank, or organize a consortium of WOMEN yourself. Need child or parental-care options? Organize one with other WOMEN, or start one yourself.
Need a doctor, accountant, lawyer, contractor, or realtor? Hire a WOMAN. Heading out to restaurants or shopping? Patronize WOMEN’s businesses. Looking for entertainment? Support WOMEN in the arts. Need more government representation? Primarily campaign for WOMEN, or run yourself.
Men are certainly not excluded from this effort but should play a supportive role. Of course, these Masculine stereotypes do not represent all men. Fortunately many are devout supporters of the women in their lives, and believe gender equality serves us all.
We are at a pivotal juncture in CO-creating Humanity’s legacy. Could this be the long-awaited shift in evolution (12/21/20 ingress of the Age of Aquarius) when HERstory will launch a new trajectory of Humaneness ?
